Provide technical support for medical imaging equipment through foundational troubleshooting, validation, and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

Build basic validation templates from OEM documentation and support the creation of formal validation procedures.
Provide troubleshooting, preliminary diagnosis and foundational technical support to engineers and technicians.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on test systems to ensure reliability.
Develop skills toward proficiency in at least one imaging modality while building foundational competency in others.
Document work accurately and follow internal processes to support quality and consistency.
Occasional driving 10-20% may be required.
Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods.
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25-75 pounds regularly.
Manual dexterity for handling tools, equipment, and materials.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
Visual and auditory ability to operate machinery.
Potential exposure to machinery, noise, and hazardous materials.
Ability to safely operate and enter/exit vehicles, drive for extended periods and work in varied environmental conditions.
