Job Description
Block Institute is seeking a Director of Human Resources to drive the organization's people strategy and serve as a key advisor to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading full life cycle recruitment and building scalable talent systems
- Deep knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR risk management
- Experience managing and developing HR teams in complex organizations
- Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services environments preferred
- Union experience is welcomed but not required
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or SHRM/PHR certification preferred
