Requirements
- Develop and implement quality programming within the residence
- Supervise and evaluate Direct Support Professionals
- Maintain the residence's operating budget
- Ensure compliance with dietary and housekeeping needs
- Collaborate with central agency departments
- Supervise Direct Support Professionals, RN or LPN, and other Clinician assigned to the Residence
