Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to manage pre-litigation personal injury matters from A–Z. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their caseload, and understands the full lifecycle of a PI claim.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in personal injury case management
- Strong understanding of liability, damages, medical treatment, and insurance processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload without sacrificing quality
- Strong follow-up skills and sense of ownership
