Senior Manager, Partnerships

Block is seeking a Senior Manager of Partnerships to build and manage partnerships that drive homeowner demand, revenue, and brand credibility. The role will focus on partnerships that deliver measurable business impact while strengthening Block's presence across the home and real estate ecosystem.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle partnerships or business development
• Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Strong relationship building skills
• Commercially minded with ability to evaluate opportunities through both revenue and brand impact lenses
