Requirements

• 5+ years of software development or equivalent experience
• Drive to find flaws in a system with many moving parts and take necessary steps to fix them
• Growth mindset and appetite for solving open-ended and ambiguous problems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
