Engineering Intern, Web3/AI

Blockchain.com is seeking a highly motivated Engineer to join the Web3 and AI team as an Engineering Intern. The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech and crypto environment, working on real business initiatives and developing practical skills.

Requirements

• Recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a similar quantitative/technical discipline from a top university
• High Agency: don't wait for detailed instructions, figure it out, unblock yourself, and deliver
• AI Native: use AI tools to code faster, learn faster, and automate boring tasks
• Builder Mindset: show side projects, hackathon wins, or active GitHub contributions
• Technical Abilities: proficiency in at least one major language (TypeScript, Solidity or Java/Kotlin) and a willingness to master others quickly
• Web3 Curiosity: understand the basics of blockchain technology, bonus points for written smart contracts or DeFi protocols interactions
• Speed: thrive in an environment where speed is a feature
• Communication: clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
