Blockchain.com is seeking a US Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead the company's US regulatory strategy and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. The successful candidate will have 7 years of regulatory compliance experience in the financial services or fintech industry.

Requirements

• 7 years of regulatory compliance experience within the financial services or fintech industry
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience with the US Money Transmitter Licensing (MTL) framework
• Deep subject matter expertise in BSA/AML, KYC/CIP, and OFAC sanctions programs
• Proven ability to interpret and apply complex financial regulations to innovative products and business models
