Commercial Counsel

We are seeking a highly motivated and business-minded Commercial Counsel to join our legal team and play a critical role in advancing Blockdaemon’s mission by navigating the evolving legal landscape of blockchain infrastructure.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 4–7 years of experience in commercial or technology transactions, ideally combining both law firm and in-house experience.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and evolving Web3 regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate, draft, and close complex commercial agreements.
• Strong business judgment with a pragmatic approach to balancing legal risk and operational efficiency in a fast-scaling organization.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
