Principal Performance Test Engineer

We are looking for a Principal Performance Test Engineer to join our Performance Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for optimizing the performance of applications and have experience in performance engineering, analysis, testing, and tuning. The role involves leading performance team and external team members, assisting in project estimates, and delivering effective performance analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Coordination/leadership of performance team and external team members
• Assistance in project estimates
• Delivery of effective performance analysis and reporting
• Analysis of relationships between non-functional requirements and key performance metrics
• Defect tracking and reporting
• Development and maintenance of statistical models of key performance metrics
• Construction and maintenance of analytical models of applications/systems
• Proactive identification of areas for further research and analysis
• Leadership and participation in knowledge sharing activities
• Mitigation of risk by following established procedures and supervising controls
