Trading Systems Software Engineer

BlockTech is a fast-paced algorithmic trading firm seeking a Software Engineer to join our exciting scale-up phase. As a Software Engineer, you will design and build ultra-low latency components in Rust, optimize and scale our existing trading infrastructure, and collaborate with traders, quants, and fellow engineers to deliver state-of-the-art trading technology.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Expertise in Rust, C, and/or C++
• Deep understanding of TCP and UDP
• Experience with distributed systems
• A “finish what you start” mindset and high ownership
