Requirements
- Review, collect, monitor, and document required ingredients to maintain correct recipe specifications
- Monitor proper flow of beans through the production line to ensure optimization of quantity and quality of the roast
- Adjust machines as needed to minimize inaccuracies, defects, or waste
- Perform corrective action to resolve issues by contacting maintenance, management or safety as needed
- Report any defective materials, missing or damaged tools to the Supervisor
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Ensure critical control point compliance documenting US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) results, magnet cleaning, downtime, waste generation; report any non-conformities
