Field Service Regional Manager

Bloom Energy is seeking a Field Service Regional Manager to oversee and coordinate service activities in New Mexico and El Paso, Texas, providing managerial support to Field Service Technicians and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Manage growing installed fleet and Field Service Technicians
• Communicate with direct reports to set employee goals and objectives
• Hire and train staff as needed
• Oversee service requirements and commission new installations
• Ensure Field Service personnel are trained appropriately
• Provide managerial support to Field Service Technicians
• Respond to situations where first-line and second-line field service support has failed
• Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or issues
• Hire, manage, and develop a high performing team
• Ensure a successful customer experience
