This is a 10-week internship providing hands-on experience in IT Helpdesk, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting end-users.
Requirements
- Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required.
- Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and customer service principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
