Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Engineer to be the architecture of a scalable IT/OT infrastructure based on the latest technology. This role will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of proprietary equipment, software, and IT/OT infrastructure critical to our company's success.
Requirements
- BSc or advanced degree in mechatronics, software and control or related engineering field.
- 6+ years of experience in equipment design, automation, and integration for R&D and manufacturing.
- Proven experience in leading equipment development projects.
- Strong understanding of IT/OT networks, MES and Traceability, SCADA, integration into machinery.
- Experience with supplier management and remote team collaboration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10-20%.
