Senior Project Leader, Customer Installations Group - West Coast

Bloom Energy is seeking a Senior Project Leader to join their team in San Jose, CA or remotely in Colorado. The role will be responsible for managing large-scale commercial and industrial fuel cell deployments, including hyperscaler data center projects. The successful candidate will have 12-15 years of project management experience, including 5+ years of distributed energy solution experience, and a strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including cost, schedule, and risk management.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of project management experience
• 5+ years of distributed energy solution experience
• Management of >$100 million Installation budgets (excluding product cost)
• Power Generation experience at scales >50 MW
• Experience with gas and electrical utilities and local, state, and federal permitting efforts
• Extremely organized and able to communicate project status and risk mitigation strategies to executive leadership
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams of subject matter experts
