Job Description
Bloom Healthcare is seeking compassionate volunteers to join our hospice volunteer program, providing emotional support and specialized therapies to patients and their families.
Requirements
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist in providing specialized therapies such as music therapy, pet therapy, and other alternative therapies
- Work closely with the hospice care team to ensure patient needs are met
- Support patients' families and friends through Bereavement Program activities
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, as well as patient privacy policies
