Customer Support Associate (Dutch Speaking)

Bloomon is a flower delivery company looking for a Customer Support Associate to join their team. The role involves supporting customers through various channels, resolving issues, and working with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch and English, has excellent communication skills, and is available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and writing skills in Dutch (fluent) as well as English
• Background in a customer service-oriented position is a plus
• Comfortable working towards quality and productivity targets
• Solution-oriented and friendly attitude
• Proactive and definite ‘can do’ attitude
