Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Content Analyst, Corporate Transactions, to join our expert team. As a subject matter legal expert, you will leverage your corporate transactions experience to develop practical guidance on securities, capital markets, and/or corporate transactional matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5-7 years of experience as an attorney, tax professional, accountant, analyst, editor, reporter, or consultant
- Experience analyzing and writing about legal developments, payroll practices, tax law, or accounting standards
