Job Description
BloombergNEF is seeking a talented analyst to join our European gas team. You will analyse and forecast supply, demand, and price dynamics across European gas and LNG markets. You will also research, analyse, and interpret the fundamental drivers of European gas and LNG markets and deliver market briefings and presentations to clients.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in analysing wholesale European natural gas and LNG market fundamentals and pricing dynamics
- Strong Python skills for quantitative analysis and data modeling
- Advanced Excel skills
- Curiosity and ability to quickly understand complex topics
- Rigorous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics, Engineering or other relevant subjects
