Corporate Governance Counsel

Corporate Governance Counsel role to support Bloomberg in promoting excellent standards of governance, advising on compliance with governance practices, laws and regulations, and drafting agreements and governance materials.

Requirements

• JD degree and active membership in the New York bar
• 5+ years practicing corporate law at a top law firm and/or in-house legal department of a multinational company
• Strong experience drafting agreements, disclosures and resolutions
