Bloomberg is seeking a Portfolio Enterprise Support Specialist to work in a client-facing role, providing support to portfolio and risk managers, analysts, and traders. The role involves troubleshooting issues, identifying gaps, and collaborating with internal teams to improve clients' experience and overall performance of our technology.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in financial services or a financial technology company
- Experience of Fixed Income and Portfolio & Risk Analytics gained within the past 3 years
- Experience in supporting or selling to buy-side institutions gained within the past 3 years
- Hands-on experience working with Python
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Bachelor’s degree or degree equivalent qualifications
