Sr. Product Manager - AI & Data Services

We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager - AI & Data Services to bring our AI strategy to life, rapidly turning ideas into working AI-powered capabilities that deliver measurable value to nonprofit customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with strong experience in technical, AI, or data-driven products
• Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered products in a SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience creating working prototypes, agents, or workflows using modern AI tools
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and emerging agentic patterns
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems, including external partner ecosystems
• Experience working with data systems and understanding how data quality impacts AI outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a builder, combining product thinking with technical and design intuition
• Experience collaborating across both technical and go-to-market teams (e.g., Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support)
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with evolving tools and practices
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse stakeholders
• A strong bias for action, ownership, and continuous improvement
