Job Description
The Commission Sales Associate - Mens is responsible for guiding and inspiring customers to make style a source of creative energy in their lives. The role requires a passion for gracious service, interest in fashion, styling talent, and product knowledge proficiency. The Sales Professional must create an in-store and online easy, seamless, and fun experience, building and cultivating customer relationships, driving sales, and participating in merchandising and operational requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours
- Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
- Frequent use of computers and other technology
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
