Job Description
As a Cosmetics Counter Manager, you will develop and supervise a team of Beauty Advisors to provide excellent service and sell the totality of our assortment in-store and online. You will create an easy, seamless, and fun customer experience, drive sales with in-store and online clients, and participate in merchandising and operational requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years related experience
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
- Frequent use of computers and other technology
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
