Associate Academy Content Consultant

As an Associate Academy Content Consultant, you will support the creation of educational content that empowers Bloomreach users through intuitive onboarding and ongoing product education.

Requirements

• Strong command of English (B2+)
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Curiosity and willingness to quickly pick up new topics
• Motivation to contribute to large, time-sensitive projects as part of a team
• Interest in cross-departmental collaboration
• Previous experience or coursework in education, instructional design, or customer-facing roles is a plus
