Bloomreach is building the worldâs premier agentic platform for personalization. We're seeking a L1 support engineer for the Bloomreach content support team, working on the Content Paas module of the Bloomreach Experience (BRX).
Requirements
- Incident Management & Customer Support
- Monitoring
- Communication and coordination
- Problem solving and troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA, Zendesk, etc.
- Knowledge of core Java coding and common Java libraries
- Understanding of tools like Cloudflare, Datadog, Dynatrace, or native CMS performance dashboards
- Experience with Java framework like Spring
- Front end Technologies (Angular / React)
- Service-oriented architecture, cloud technologies, and Docker (Container technologies)
