Become a Senior People Operations Specialist to join the People Operations team and take care of Bloomreachers from the moment they accept the job offer. The role involves end-to-end employee lifecycle, payroll operations, and collaboration with stakeholders across 10+ countries on 3 continents.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with multi-country setup in HR / People Operations.
• Strong ownership and autonomy, able to identify what needs to be done, set direction, and deliver outcomes independently.
• 2-3+ years of experience in HR / People Operations, required experience in onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and payroll coordination in a multi-country environment.
