Job Description
Bloomreach is revolutionizing personalized customer experiences through AI agents. They are building an agentic platform for personalization for retailers and businesses to connect with customers in real-time. The company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the development of their autonomous marketing solution, partnering with engineers, data scientists, and product leaders to design and deploy high-quality agentic AI systems.
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise in building, testing, and shipping GenAI/LLM-based agentic systems.
- Proven proficiency in Python engineering and modern backend development.
- Experience with prompt engineering and context/memory design for LLM-powered systems.
- Solid grasp of software engineering principles, LLM/GenAI application development, cloud operations, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Expertise in evaluation methodologies.
