
Job description
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities by developing a sales strategy and leveraging a proven sales model. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding conversion rates, generating new leads, and building a strong book of business.
The Business Development Manager will nurture and expand existing business relationships, locate and sell to new prospects, and maintain membership in targeted associations. They will also support all BluSky sales efforts, perform to current KPIs, and prepare and present sales proposals.
This is a highly compensated position with commission potential, offering a competitive base salary, monthly incentives, and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the restoration industry, and a strong outgoing and driven attitude.
