We are looking for a platform-native Digital Video Producer/Editor to join our creative team and help define the future of our social storytelling. Your mission is to transform long-form library content into high-performing, social-first creative for our global brands.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience producing creative specifically for paid and/or organic social channels and a clear understanding of platform trends and "native" aesthetics.
- Proven versatility editing for different brand voices.
- A 'performance' mindset that embraces testing and data-driven creative iterations.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Curious and intuitive, with a natural pulse on what’s trending in social media.
- Able to thrive in a 'test and learn' environment where priorities shift based on performance data.
- A collaborative team player who views their edits as a starting point for optimization rather than a final, static product.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail for managing a high volume of assets across multiple brands, without losing track of naming conventions and platform specs.
