Operations Coordinator

Blue Ant Media is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their Technology department. The role involves managing technology department budgets, processing purchase orders and invoices, and providing administrative support to the technology team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of administrative finance or technology related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Word and Excel
• Good financial understanding
• Comfortable handling budgets over $1 million
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• Ability to multi-task a variety of functions while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
