Treasury Administrator

Blue Ant Media is seeking a Treasury Administrator to work in their accounting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily execution of treasury operations, including managing bank portals, executing payments and transfers, and maintaining the accuracy of the company's treasury reporting. The role will require in-office attendance at the company's head office in Toronto for a minimum of three days per week.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or banking operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in online banking portals (e.g., BMO, Santander, RBC) and intermediate Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to resolve problems and implement solutions
• Willingness to work effectively independently and as a strong team player, establishing cooperative working relationships
