Requirements

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, and vendors
• Make and serve beverages with various brewing and preparation methods
• Prepare and serve food
• Stay knowledgeable about Blue Bottle's offerings and preparation techniques
• Taste and ensure quality of beverages
• Create community in our cafes
• Support team by taking joy in tasks that keep the cafe running
