At Blue Bottle Coffee, we're seeking a Barista who is passionate about coffee, culinary items, sustainability, and creating incredible guest experiences. You will deliver exceptional hospitality, make and serve beverages, and prepare food while upholding our company-wide sustainability goals.

Requirements

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, and vendors
• Make and serve beverages with different brewing and preparation methods
• Prepare and serve food
• Stay knowledgeable about Blue Bottle's offerings and techniques
• Taste beverages regularly to ensure quality
• Create community in our cafes
• Support the team by completing tasks that keep the cafe running smoothly
• Uphold health, food safety, and safety guidelines
• Promote a safe and respectful working environment
• Complete Blue Bottle Academy training and 90-day validation
