The role is responsible for management of conferences and/or events, including timelines, finances, stakeholders, contracts, and event technology for internal, external, hybrid, and virtual meetings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a meeting management role overseeing large and/or complex meetings and conferences
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Comfortable with new software applications
- Proficient organization skills
- Effective time management capabilities
- Experienced communication capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective contract negotiation skills
- Critical thinking skills
