Job Description
The Senior Director, Pharmacy Programs will manage and oversee drug utilization and expenditure within the Pharmacy and Medical benefits. This role involves operational management, collaboration with stakeholders, and leading medical drug policy development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy
- Doctor of Pharmacy
- Master's Degree Clinical advanced degree (various fields)
- Advanced degree in Business (MBA)
- 12+ Years experience in Managed Care Pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience with an emphasis on Specialty drug management
