Job Description
Support the product vision and roadmap for data governance capabilities, translate data governance roadmap into actionable workflows, and prioritize and manage the enterprise data governance backlog. Foster a data-driven culture and evangelize data governance best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in roles that require understanding of how data flows through systems and is governed
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and data lifecycle management
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Experience working with healthcare data, and/or knowledge of the health insurance space
- Proven ability to advance cross-functional work in a highly matrixed environment
