Job Description
CuraCor Solutions is seeking a Principal Strategic Advisor with expertise in provider-side strategy and care delivery transformation to join the Care Delivery Services team. The ideal candidate will help drive health care innovation by shaping implementation-ready provider strategies, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, and leading collaboration across the organization to translate complex market dynamics into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Drive development of near-to-mid-term strategy (1-3 years) for CuraCor's care delivery assets
- Develop asset-level care delivery strategies for FastMed and Alo | Avance Care
- Shape strategies for adding, scaling, and optimizing high-margin services and service lines within existing provider platforms
- Guide strategies to maximize service line economics, leveraging operational and commercial levers
- Design and advance cross-enterprise strategies that align CuraCor's care delivery assets with Blue Cross NC
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders across CuraCor, our care delivery assets, and Blue Cross NC
- Proactively deliver rigorous market and competitive intelligence, staying current on industry trends, care delivery innovation, and evolving payer-provider models
