Senior Business Applications Analyst

Identify business requirements and solutions related to the support of the specific business area for implementation of a packaged system software. Lead configuration and administration of the Packaged Software, and participating in process design, and system testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Facets medical plan product configuration, including benefits, accumulators, and effective-date driven changes.
• Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to run basic queries to validate data, perform analysis, and support troubleshooting efforts.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) or 7+ years of experience in related field
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to design, develop, and implement solutions to business problems
