Requirements
- Analytical and report building experience
- Elicitation of business and technical requirements
- Business process modeling
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Highly detail oriented with ability to develop and present data findings to management with root cause analysis and propose solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentations
- Listens actively and attentively, reflecting and asking questions as appropriate to ensure mutual understanding
- Technical proficiency in project management tools along with experience with queries and coding is considered an advantage
