Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Director of Compliance that supports and leads the development of compliance strategy towards achieving an effective compliance program and a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Requirements
- 10 years' healthcare compliance experience
- 5 years of experience in Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part D
- 2 years of management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Healthcare Administration
- Juris Doctorate (JD)
- HCCA or SCCE certification(s) such as Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)
- Health insurance/managed care industry experience
- Healthcare regulatory audit experience
- Vendor oversight process experience
