Director Compliance and Medicare Compliance Officer

Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Director of Compliance that supports and leads the development of compliance strategy towards achieving an effective compliance program and a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 10 years' healthcare compliance experience
• 5 years of experience in Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part D
• 2 years of management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Healthcare Administration
• Juris Doctorate (JD)
• HCCA or SCCE certification(s) such as Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)
• Health insurance/managed care industry experience
• Healthcare regulatory audit experience
• Vendor oversight process experience
