Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable, reliable, and performant systems. You will lead technical discussions, drive the technical approach, and advocate best engineering practices. You will be part of the Brokerage - Orders team, developing and integrating APIs, and optimizing existing systems for scalability, extensibility, and performance.

Requirements

• At least 7 years experience building and shipping highly-available, fault tolerant, production ready distributed backend systems
• Experience in any JVM based languages (such as Java, Kotlin, Scala)
• Customer focused and able to suggest how the backend can provide the best Customer Experience
• Consistent high levels of test coverage, strong technical documentation, and effective monitoring
• Experience with technologies such as Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis
