The Document Control & Records Manager will design, implement, and lead Blue Energy's enterprise-wide Document Control and Records Management (DCRM) program from the ground up, ensuring alignment with NRC regulatory requirements, ASME NQA-1, and NIRMA standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Document Control and Records Management, including leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience building or establishing a DCRM program in a complex, highly regulated environment.
- Direct experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, construction, or energy projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to bring structure to fast-moving environments.
- Proven ability to train users on EDMS tools and document control processes.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Experience supporting nuclear development projects strongly preferred.
- Minimum associate degree; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or similar preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the nuclear energy industry.
- Deep working knowledge of NRC regulations, ASME NQA-1, and NIRMA standards for electronic and hard-copy records.
