Job Description
Blue Energy is seeking a Real Estate Manager to own and execute real estate, land control, and title processes across its U.S. gas-to-nuclear and nuclear development portfolio. The role requires securing, structuring, and maintaining site control for complex energy infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of professional experience in real estate, land acquisition, title, or development for utility-scale energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Demonstrated experience with: Title review and curative work, Complex ownership structures, Long-term ground leases and easements, Strong understanding of real estate requirements for large-scale energy generation projects, including lender and investor expectations.
- Working knowledge of survey standards (ALTA/NSPS), title insurance, and common curative mechanisms.
