Technical Recruiter

Blue Energy is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support company-wide hiring by owning sourcing and recruiting execution for entry to mid-level roles. The role partners closely with the Lead Technical Recruiter to build strong candidate pipelines, deliver a high-quality candidate experience, and develop the skills required to grow into a senior full-cycle recruiter over time.

Requirements

• 1 - 3+ years of recruiting experience, or relevant experience in sourcing or coordination
• Exposure to technical or engineering recruiting preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable, curious, and motivated to grow as a recruiter
