Blue Matter is a rapidly growing management consultancy focused on the biopharmaceutical industry. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Technology Manager / Associate Principal to develop our Technology & Operations practice with new clients, primarily on the East Coast.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, life sciences analytics, or enterprise data architecture with proven track record leading and delivering large-scale data and AI initiatives in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with AI/ML solution design, including LLMs, GenAI pipelines, RAG architectures with vector databases, agentic AI orchestration (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph), and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Deep understanding of life sciences datasets (Sales, claims, CRM, marketing).
