Mountain Ops Manager

The Mountain Operations Manager oversees the year-round operational functions of the Mountain Operations and Grounds Department, responsible for developing and managing daily work plans, supervising team members, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Proven success leading a team to achieve goals
• Knowledge of ski area operations including snowmaking/mountain operations is preferred
• General construction experience with electrical and mechanical skills and extensive knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; both written and verbal
• Ability to quickly adapt to change in operations or plans
