Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, reliable outdoor enthusiast to provide high-quality recreation experience for the Blue Mountain Adventure Camp. An Activity Specialist oversees a specific activity at camp, the equipment associated with that activity, and the safety of the activity & participants.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age by 6/22/2026.
- A strong enthusiasm for outdoors and recreation
- Specific required experience, interest, and skills in facilitating Waterfront Activities (Paddle boarding & kayaking)
- An active Lifeguard certification or ability and willingness to obtain the certification (BMR would cover the cost of certification if hired for role).
- Possesses the ability to work both within a team and independently without direct supervision.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
- Extraordinary ability to provide outstanding guest service.
- Enjoys supervising and directing a specific group activity.
- Enjoys working with children.
