Lead Jeweler

Lead Jeweler at R2Net Manufacturing in New York, NY, responsible for overseeing team members and workflow in the jewelry department, managing daily and weekly operational needs, and supporting quality standards. Responsibilities include following job orders, providing technical guidance, and communicating with team members and other departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years on the jewelry bench as a production jeweler
• Deep knowledge of jewelry cast cleaning, assembly (soldering/ laser welding) and repair techniques
• 1+ year in a related role with leadership/mentorship experience
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Track record of excellent performance – quality, communication and attendance
• Basic computer skills including comfort with word, email, excel, and slack
• Bilingual in Spanish
